Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference and charge accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. Enterprise customers can also arrange for invoicing with net payment terms.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card required to start. During the trial, you'll have access to all features of your selected plan to fully evaluate our platform.
How many users can access the platform?
Starter includes 2 user accounts, Professional includes 5 user accounts, and Enterprise includes unlimited users with advanced role management and permissions.
